After two decades of experience spanning global technology companies, high-growth start-ups, and mission-driven nonprofits, I saw a consistent truth: big ideas often stall without the right blend of strategy and execution.
My work as a Fractional Chief of Staff and strategic partner draws on a career leading transformation at organizations like World Wide Technology, VMware, Gainsight, and TEDxStLouis. I’ve guided leadership teams through strategic planning, operations design, and high-stakes initiatives where clarity and execution make the difference.
I started Salva Strategies because I believe in the potential of businesses to drive economic growth and community vitality—especially here in St. Louis. My role is to bring the extra capacity, perspective, and discipline that turn visionary concepts into sustainable outcomes.
